I've just recently signed up for the Renegade University Professional to take a closer look at what it has to offer and found it to be very elementary in the introduction of the tools available for the MLM newbie to explore.

This is great news for the complete newbie as Mike takes you by the hand and leads you through each tool (Facebook and Twitter for example) from beginning to end. Take note that you will have to provide the content yourself.

This hybrid marketing presence meant that you can combine all of Ann Sieg's Renegade Marketing courses and Mike Dillard's Magnetic Sponsoring courses under one roof, complete with affiliate links to make life easier for you as you go along. You can still run with either Ann Sieg or Mike Dillard on your own if you're familiar with the how-to's of the Internet. It's just easier when you have all the step-by-step tutorials/videos presented to you.

The Renegade University Professional is a subscription program and it has recently seen a revamp with a number of new items put in, as well as a new and faster server (even a slow broadband can get by).

My recommendation - a must for network marketers who are not totally tech savvy and can at least get on the Internet (did I mention that you can make money while learning?).

Renegade University (RU) contains most of the handholding for the newbie by way of the how-to of using social networks tools and sites like Twitter, but there is strong encouragement to get the Renegade Network Marketer (RNM) course by Ann Sieg. Simply put, RU requires the use of RNM's system in order to make money.

The Pro version will cost you $39.95 per month for additional training and the "incentive" to stay there so that you can capitalise on the affiliate comissions that is provided by the lead generation system found in the RNM course.

Take a step back and you will note that this is Mike's angle is to get recurring membership to his RU programme. A membership site is the Internet marketer's Ultimate Goal because it will generate long term income from subscribers like you and me.

I didn't go any further with buying the RNM ebook nor the Pro version of RU because it does not address the initial hurdles of the newbie or even the network marketers who are struggling.

It may be worth just to invest the $67 to get the RNM course to take a look and if you think what it contains does not jive with you - just return it for a refund.

My recommendation is that you lurk around Mike Dillard's Better Networker (BN) site and ask a lot of questions by joining the community. The objective of the community is to add value and short of teaching you everything, you would probably learn a lot more and get to know everyone in it.

If you Googled Renegade University, you would probably end up at Diyana Alcheva's site as she has pretty much sprinkled her name on the Net as she is associated with the Uni.

So far - the no obligation tour of the University essentially is quite value packed if one wants to learn about using getting started with your business with as low cost as possible. There are several tutorials on getting started and some hand holding as to what to do next.

You are "encouraged" to purchase Renegade Network Marketing e-book ($67) in order to set up the account properly and also to use that as an affiliate to make money should someone purchase the e-book through your link. I'm just going to give it a run and see where this leads me. So far, the upgrade to Renegade Pro is not known by way of price. I'm testing to see if I can make enough affiliate income from the free membership to upgrade.

Most of the Internet marketers out there are putting out courses, videos and whatnot about Web 2.0, better known as Friendster, Facebook, Squidoo, Twitter, Digg and many other social network sites.

One that I'm looking over at present is called Renegade University that uses elements from Mike Dillard's Magnetic Sponsoring system (now called Better Networker) and Ann Sieg's Renegade Network Marketer system. The University has courses on all aspects of marketing and has some guidance  videos on popular social networking sites like Twitter. Mike Klingler runs  RU through his MarketingMerge website. More on RU once I get through their "No Obligation" course.
